IvyC offers bespoke jewelry services, from consultation and design discussion to sketching, sizing, material selection, proportion adjustment, and engraving, helping you create a truly personalized piece of jewelry. Of course, bespoke jewelry can also be modified from existing IvyC products.

How should you begin with a custom order? You can start with your "purpose" or "use"—a gift, anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, important milestones, or simply want to create a piece of jewelry that you can wear every day and that reflects your personal style. We will provide feasible design solutions based on your ideas, style preferences, wearing habits, and budget, and confirm the size and details before production to ensure the finished product perfectly showcases your inspiration and design.

IvyC also offers engraving services for certain products. Products suitable for engraving will have "engraving service available" mentioned in their product description. Customers can contact us after placing an order. We will provide suggestions on the number of characters and layout based on the style and available engraving locations, and will confirm the engraving content with you before production. Engraving content includes names in Chinese and English, initials, dates, phrases, or symbols. Engraving services can make products more personalized, and make them more thoughtful gifts. If customers wish to have their products engraved, even if engraving is not currently offered, please contact us.
